Anchor Recordings Ltd (“Anchor”) makes available for your use on this Web site (the “Site”) information, documents, software and products (collectively, the “Materials”) and various services (the “Services”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms of Use”). By accessing this Site, you agree to the Terms of Use. Anchor reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time of such use. In addition, when using particular Services or Materials on this Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services or Materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in the Terms of Use. This copyright license entitles the Listener to download and play, or to receive an audio stream of the material for the listener’s private, non-public use only.
The Listener acknowledges and agrees that he or she does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the material.
The Listener promises not to modify the material in any way without the express written permission from the David Pawson Teaching Trust
The Listener promises not to publish, record, upload, transmit, copy, assist; or participate in transferring, listing, or enabling on-line providers to list the material; or enable downloading of the material without the express written permission from the David Pawson Teaching Trust
The Listener promises not to sell, create any derivative works, or in any way exploit the material, in whole or in part, without the express written permission from the David Pawson Teaching Trust
We are not able to provide a monetary refund for mp3s purchased but will offer alternative mp3 replacements
